We live in an increasingly image-conscious world and a revitalized 'look' can have a life-changing impact on an individual's self-esteem.

It's no coincidence that retail therapy is where many turn when feeling a little low. In the same way that mental and physical wellbeing are connected, so is the external image and an internal feeling of self worth. How many people draw a line under a difficult period in a relationship; their work or home life and make themselves feel better by having a new hair do or by buying a new wardrobe?
